Refund & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to all hotel reservations made through Kemet International. Your booking confirmation shows which type of reservation you hold.

1. Refundable reservations

  • The booking can be cancelled and refunded up to 60 days from the purchase date.
  • After this 60-day deadline, the deposit paid is not refundable.

2. Non-refundable reservations

  • The reservation deposit is not refundable at any time.

3. Flexible Installments

  • The deposit is 100% non-refundable.
  • Once six or more monthly installments have been paid, the reservation is not refundable.
  • If you cancel before the sixth installment is paid, the monthly installments you have already paid (up to five) are refunded. The deposit is not refunded.

To request a cancellation, contact the Kemet team with your booking reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment card.
