How deposits and guest names work at Kemet
There are two ways to start a booking with Kemet. Both end with the same thing: rooms held for your team and guest names confirmed.
Option 1 — Pay online
On any hotel package you can choose your dates, see the nightly rate, tax and total, then pay the deposit by card straight away. Your booking is recorded immediately and the remaining balance can be paid later from the Track booking page.
Option 2 — Send a booking request
If you need approval internally, or your dates and room count are not final, send a booking request instead. Nothing is charged. Our team reviews it and comes back to you with the amount to pay.
Then send guest names and dates
After the deposit, we collect the guest names and the exact arrival and departure dates per room. Names can usually be adjusted closer to the show — tell us as soon as they change so the hotel has the right list.
Following your booking
Use the Track booking page with your reference and email to see the status, what has been paid and what is outstanding, and to pay any remaining balance by card.
Find your exhibition
See hotels, nightly rates and transfer requests for your show, pay your deposit and send guest names.
